At Best Equestrian Shop, we take as much care in our returns process as we do in selecting our premium riding equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your equestrian gear purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our straightforward returns policy below.

Our Return Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. For safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (see exceptions below).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Horse Riding Gloves
  • Helmet Visors & Liners
  • Helmets (for safety reasons)
  • Any personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Best Equestrian Shop Team, I would like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: Product Name: Size/Color: Reason for Return: Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include all original tags and documentation. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refund Method: Your original payment method will be credited
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
